1. Onboarding Stage
The design journey begins with an in-depth consultation where we gather project brief, understand our clients' vision, and define their goals. This stage sets the foundation for a successful collaboration.
2. Design Phase
Our team conducts site measurements and develops detailed floor plans, 3D models, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) designs, and structural plans. We also assist in material selection, to ensure an alignment with the client’s vision before final approvals.
3. Project Execution Phase
With a fully approved design, we transition to on-site execution. This phase involves coordinating with vendors, supervising construction, and ensuring quality control while staying aligned with project timelines and specifications.
4. Handover Phase
Upon project completion, we conduct a thorough inspection, address any remaining snags, and finalize the finishing touches.
